In recent weeks the issue of beach driving has been a hot topic as new, high class hotels begin their development phase along Daytona Beach. A new racing themed restaurant will be coming to Daytona Beach as the area continues to grow. Quaker Steak and Lube, a fast casual restaurant, is set to open several Florida locations in the next few years, including in Altamonte Springs and Orlando. This chain has been spreading fast as it has opened six restaurants in six different states already this year, while there are more than 60 total locations across 20 states.
