Another condo property is under contract by Kevin Kling. This Horizons 3 bedroom unit did not last long! The newly updated kitchen and breathtaking ocean front views are perfect for this conod buyer. The Horizons condo is located just south of the Bellaire Plaza and very close to medical facilities, shopping, and many upscale restaurants. This northern area of Daytona Beach is a great place to own a vacation home or rental property. Closing for this property will be at the end of the month.

A few times a week a buyer will ask me how far a Port Orange home or neighborhood is from the beach. Many neighborhoods are within biking distance and most are only a very short drive away. Evening walks on the beach, ocean front dining, surfing and pier fishing are all close to home. Other enjoyable beach activities include kite surfing, sand castles, and sunbathing. I have decided to note a few neighborhoods in the Port Orange area and the distance that you would travel to make it to the Atlantic Ocean.
|Port Orange Neighborhood||Distance From Beach|
|Riverwood Plantation||6.6 miles|
