Buying activity still going very strong. Most recently over the past couple of weeks Kevin has sold condo units located at Ocean Vistas #302, Marbella #203, Oceans Six #1704, and Oceans Six #1206.
Ocean Vistas #302 was the last ocean view developer unit available at the Ocean Vistas. This Monterey 4 bedroom option floor plan is really an incredible floor plan. Having the option for a 4th bedroom in a luxury condo for less than 500k is very impressive.
