Daytona Beach Area 2012 Concerts & Movies

Many of the cities in Volusia County, including Port Orange, Daytona Beach, and New Smyrna Beach, offer outdoor activities that bring the community together and provide affordable fun for local families. With summer just around the corner, it is that time again to find activities for kids. 2012 summer activity calendars are now ready, so check them out and mark your calendar!

In Daytona Beach the summer 2012 concert series will be starting on June 2nd. Every Saturday night there will be a free outdoor concert held at the band shell, which is located at 250 N. Atlantic. Residents and visitors can stop by for the free entertainment, which includes fireworks. The music starts at 7:00 p.m. and the fireworks show will follow at 9:45 p.m.

Spruce Creek Wins 8A State Baseball Championship

Halifax Humane Society is a local animal shelter located in Daytona Beach, Florida. This shelter receives more than 15,000 animals every year.
