Summer Concert Series - Horncamps Concert
When: Thursday July 12th, 7:00-8:00 pm
Where: Daytona Beach Bandshell - 250 N. Atlantic Ave
What: Come listen to the symphony music of some of the most talented horn players around. This concert is the culmination of a week long workshop of musicians of all ages that have gathered in Daytona Beach. From high-school-aged musicians to world renown artists, the Daytona Beach Bandshell will be a beautiful venue for this wonderful and free event.
Movie Under the Stars Port Orange - “Dolphin Tale”
When: Friday, July 13rd 8:00 pm
Where: Port Orange City Center Amphitheater, 1999 City Center Circle
What: This Family Days event is free and fun and is one of the great staples of the Port Orange community. Bring the kids and enjoy this new, family friendly movie under the stars in Port Orange. Where: Museum of Arts & Sciences, 352 S Nova Road, Daytona Beach
What: The Museum of Arts and Sciences in Daytona Beach is kicking off a series of laser light shows in their planetarium this weekend. There will be different themes each month. This Friday’s schedule is as follows:
- 7 p.m. Popular hits from a variety of artists ending with a patriotic medley
- 8 p.m. Hypnotica - Electronic and techno style music
- 9 p.m. Laser Zeppelin
Tickets are $5 for one show, $7 for two shows or $9 for all three shows. There will also be snacks and beverages available for purchase. Seating is limited, so to buy you tickets in advance or for more information, visit Museum Of Arts & Sciences.
