Chief Economist Speaks At Ocean Vistas In Daytona Beach

Lynn Reaser will be speaking at Ocean Vistas this morning and this afternoon about the current state of the economy and its impact on real estate. Lynn Reaser is the Chief Economist at Bank Of America. She observes and studies the national, international, and regional developments in financial markets and drives the decisions for BOA's investing.
**UPDATE
This was a great opportunity to watch Lynn speak about the local and national economy. She believes that the local real estate market will stabilize in 2008. Lynn also talked about the volatile stock market and she is predicting that it will be volatile for some time. Other financial topics included mortgage backed securities, banks and lending institutions getting back to basics, Bank Of America purchasing Countrywide home loans, and the value that exists in Central Florida real estate compared to Southern and West Florida.
