The Pavilion At Port Orange groundbreaking ceremony occurred this past February. This commercial project located off of Williamson Blvd in Port Orange will feature 525,000 square feet of open air shopping and a few restaurants that will be new to the Port Orange area. Port Orange homeowners can look forward to shops like Barnes & Noble, Belk, Marshals, Homegoods, PetsMart, Michaels, and even Circuit City.

Residents have been craving new options for upscale shopping and dining in the Port Orange area. Possible restaurants may include Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn. Additionally, the Pavilion At Port Orange will feature an advanced state-of-the-art movie theatre with stadium seating and high tech digital technology.
This project is planned for completion in 2009. What restaurants and shops would you like to see at the Pavilion At Port Orange?
Date: 2008-04-07 07:11:38To make this mall very desirable, I would especially like to see the following added to The Pavillion:
Restaurants:
Panara
Jason's deli
Shops:
Apple
William-Sonoma
PotteryBarn
PotteryBarn Kids
Dillard's
Select Comfort
Whole Foods
Teavana
Mayors
Banana Republic
Brooks Brothers
The Walking Company
New Balance
T-Mobile
LensCrafters
Sunglass Hut
Ritz Camera
Talbots
Ann Taylor
Office Depot
Thank you!
Kathy,
Thank you for contributing shop ideas. This is a great list! My interests are very similar.
...And, I forgot to add, Bed, Bath and Beyond and Borders.
I really enjoyed shopping at the St. John's Town Center Mall in Jacksonville, FL. This mall has everything except a Whole Foods and a Teavana. I would like to see the Pavillon have the same opportunities for shoppers and visitors alike.
Thank you!
Kathy.
Sounds like a great wish list.
I second Bed Bath and Beyond and Whole Foods - I've sent emails to Whole Foods telling them what a great location Port Orange would be for them. I'd also like a Crisper's which is similar to Panera Bread since there's the Panera within a mile away from the Pavilion. Maybe a Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs or some similar semi-upscale type of restaurant.
Great information Jenny. I have a list of confirmed shops and it includes:
Belk
Hollywood Theaters
Barnes & Noble
Circuit City
Homegoods
Marshall's
Michaels
Hopefully some of the shops that have been mentioned here will make it to the Port Orange Pavilion.
In addition to the stores already mentioned, I would like to see an Apple Store and a CompUSA.
Maybe a Bahama Breeze restaurant?
I think a P.F. Changs, Corner Bakery and a nice steak house like Texas de Brazil would be great. Plus you gotta have an Apple Store
I think Port Orange needs some upscale shopping: Coach, White House Black Market, Polo, Pottery Barn, J.Jill, etc...I agree we also need some NEW restaurants - really, another Olive Garden??
Forget all the same restaurants that we have in this area!! We NEED some totally different places to eat!!! My first pick is definately PF Changs!!!! So sick of the idea of a chinese buffet!!! ugh!!! A Cheesecake Factory would be a good second!!! Please bring us some new places to help attract others here instead of us having to travel there!!!
I would also like to see a Romano's Macaroni Grill, and Maggiano's Little Italy.
Cheesecake Factory would do great! A Coffee House, Barnies; is a must, its much better than Star Bucks by far.A Candy factory or store does great as well.
