The Johnson Group and KB Homes have both reduced home prices. It is now possible to purchase a home or townhome in Venetian Bay for less than $200,000. These same houses, townhomes, and condos were priced much higher even months ago.
Venetian Bay offers incredible amenities and they are available to all residents in the community. The centerpiece is the downtown shopping area. It features restaurants, bars, insurance companies, a laundry service and more businesses will be available soon.
