A new coffee shop and cafe has just opened in Port Orange! This new cafe is located in the Yorktowne Shopping Center just east of the Lowes Shopping center. You will enjoy the great atmosphere, good food, and great drinks all for a reasonable price. Service is quick and the crepes are delicious! Menu items at Cinnamon Tree Cafe include, crepes, gelato, ice cream, paninis, bakery goods, fresh brewed coffee, chillers, milk shakes, and much more. Did I mention the crepes? They are yummy! Another business is coming to Dunlawton in Port Orange. Starbucks will be opening a store in Port Orange in the Lowe's shopping center, possibly in front of Lowe's. Additionally to very popular coffee, Starbucks serves an assortment of drinks, nutritional items, and many different types of food. Some examples include: sandwiches, panini, wraps, ice cream, and smoothies. Many more favorites can be found on the menu.
Currently Starbucks has three locations near Port Orange. One is located inside the Super Target in Port Orange, the second location is on the Embry Riddle Campus, and the third location is located on Granada in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Red Lobster Port Orange

Originally the rumor was that Red Lobster would be building a restaurant in the Port Orange Pavilion. Now it looks like Red Lobster will be opening a restaurant in Port Orange in the Altamira Village Shopping Center. The location is proposed next to the brand new CVS Drug Store on Taylor and Dunlawton.

Arby's Port Orange

Arby's is coming to Port Orange. This "home of the roast beef sandwich" will be located in the Altamira Shopping Village in Port Orange that is currently under construction on Dunlawton. This will be the first Arby's location in Port Orange. Currently, you can find an Arbys restaurant in Daytona Beach and two in Ormond Beach.

Last night Port Orange city officials finally approved the Altamira Shopping Village on Dunlawton. Possible retailers and restaurants may include BJ's Wholesale Club, Golden Corral Restaurant, LA Fitness Gym, Chipolte, Red Lobster, and much more. Due to the size of the project and traffic concerns, residents will not be able to make a right turn at Dunlawton and Taylor Rd. Drivers will only be allowed to turn left. Yorktowne will continue south from Lowes and the Yorktowne Shoppes through to Taylor Road.

The new location in Port Orange has 8,000 sq. ft. featuring organic produce, frozen products, supplements, medicinal herbs, cooking herbs, coffee, teas, and more. There will also be a grab-n-go section to make life a little easier for "on the go" moms and dads. Featured in the grab-n-go section will be wraps, salads, gluten-free entrees, and more.

Dunkin Donuts will be opening a new location in Port Orange that will also feature the Baskin Robbins ice cream brand. If you have ever been to the Dunkin Donuts on Ridgewood in Port Orange on a Sunday, you know that a new location with easier access will be great for customers. The new location will be an outparcel in the Dunlawton Square off Nova Road.

The Pavilion At Port Orange groundbreaking ceremony occurred this past February. This commercial project located off of Williamson Blvd in Port Orange will feature 525,000 square feet of open air shopping and a few restaurants that will be new to the Port Orange area. Port Orange homeowners can look forward to shops like Barnes & Noble, Belk, Marshals, Homegoods, PetsMart, Michaels, and even Circuit City.
Residents have been craving new options for upscale shopping and dining in the Port Orange area. Possible restaurants may include Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn. Additionally, the Pavilion At Port Orange will feature an advanced state-of-the-art movie theatre with stadium seating and high tech digital technology.

Golden Corral will be opening a restaurant in Port Orange soon. Golden Corral is known for real homemade food, variety, friendly atmosphere, and great value. The buffet is huge and features steak, pork, chicken, shrimp, and many selections are made from scratch.

Buffalo Wild Wings Daytona Beach

Buffalo Wild Wings is coming to Daytona Beach! The lease was recently completed and their plan is to open in 2011. The location will be on International Speedway Blvd in the Volusia Square Shopping Center. Buffalo Wild Wings will occupy the old Daisy Dukes and S&S Cafeteria location. Renovations should be complete for a grand opening in early 2011.
