Villages of Royal Palm

You see, while Royal Palm is popular with active adult retirees, and provides exterior home painting, lawn maintenance and a wide range of amenities, this popular neighborhood is not 55+. Here you will find single family homes, some with private swimming pools, as well as attached homes with generous living spaces and lakefront lots. Royal Palm is very close to Publix Supermarket Shopping as well as the large outdoor mall, the Pavilion, which houses many restaurants, shops and a movie theater.

Summer Trees

Nestled among shaded, tree-lined streets, Summer Trees is a "tucked-away" 55+ community that is also just steps to Port Orange shopping and dining. Here you will find affordable single-family and attached home options to fit many budgets and living space needs. Summer Trees is connected to its sister neighborhood, Summer Trees South, which provides newer homes in a non-age-restricted setting. There are many instances of younger families owning homes in Summer Trees South, with their retirement-age family members walking distance away at Summer Trees. This makes for easy and frequent visits with grandchildren.

Laurelwood

This popular manufactured home community offers a private 55+ lifestyle with no lot rent. Laurelwood homes typically sell quickly as they offer an affordable option for retirement living in Port Orange. Most homes here sell under $200,000.

Ponce Inlet

The sleepy fisherman's village of Ponce Inlet is the perfect retirement city for those who enjoy peace, quiet and privacy. Tucked away on the southernmost part of our Daytona area peninsula, this one-way in and out town provides home and condo options on the beach and with riverfront or boating access. While there are no age-restricted areas in Ponce Inlet, a strict city-wide rental policy mitigates excessives tourists and vacationers in town.

Harbour Village

This sprawling condo and townhome complex offers several building types, options from one to four bedrooms, and some of the best amenities available in the area.
