DO NOT deposit money with a rental company until you have researched the rental company and know the company is real. I have received information from potential Sanibel Condo renters in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, that there is a company offering rentals that do not exist. The potential renters are not able to locate the Daytona Beach rental company and they may have lost their deposits.
Please check with the state, county, etc. and make sure the rental company is a true business. A quick email or phone call to a local agent may be helpful.
