A Russian development company called Photogroup plans to build a very luxurious ocean front condominum in Daytona Beach, Florida. The property that would be developed is located near Oakridge and the plans would feature two towers, one as tall as 29 stories, and the second tower as tall as 26 stories. It's estimated that this new luxurious complex could feature up to 1.22 million square feet. The cost of this project is estimated at 100 million and if the project starts by next summer, it could be completed by 2015.

You may remember earlier news this year about Bayshore Captial and it's planned luxury condo-hotel project for Daytona Beach. Bayshore's proposed project may include up to 900+ rooms.

This is great news for Daytona Beach and surrounding areas. Our beach is truly one of the best in Florida. New luxury condo hotels will fill the need for luxurious rooms that may be requested by vacationers and convention attendees. Hopefully these projects will receive the necessary approvals required to move forward with construction.
