Daytona Hard Rock Update - August 2014

Those holding reservations for the forthcoming Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach recently received some exciting news. The first major announcement is a plan for an exclusive “owners-only” area next to the infinity edge swimming pool, seating 85. Additionally, there will be a full service staff with activity planning for residents to enjoy such as Stand Up Paddleboarding, and possibly surf lessons and jet ski rentals. The Hard Rock Café itself will seat up to 250 indoors and another 100 patrons outside. There will also be an owner exclusive VIP check-in and concierge including private elevator access from a separate entrance giving owners the ability to bypass the hotel and head straight to the residences. Ample storage will be added to allow owners to store bicycles, surfboards and other items that they can enjoy from the beachfront Residence.

Construction of the required sea wall should begin by mid November and contracts for the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach may be offered by the end of October.
