Halifax Humane Society is a local animal shelter located in Daytona Beach, Florida. This shelter receives more than 15,000 animals every year. There are over 350 animals at the shelter daily that need a home.

The adoption process is very simple at Halifax Humane Society. There is an application, a review, animal is spayed or neutered, and then a time is set to pickup the animal. Adoption fees are listed below:

Dogs and cats under 5 yrs $70

Dogs and cats over 5 yrs $35

The Halifax Humane Society adoption fee includes spay or neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, veterinarian checkup, and 30 days of pet health insurance.

Shelter hours of operation:

Monday thru Saturday 10am to 6pm

Sunday 10am to 2pm.
