Port Orange Homes Sales Report July 2015

Port Orange home sales were strong again in July as sale prices increased and time on market plummeted over the statistics for homes sold last year. In July of 2014 there were just 77 home sales compared to the 91 posted last month, and the average sale price on these transactions rose from around $208,000 to more than $243,000. As we like to see with an increase in sales volume, the time spent on market for these Port Orange homes declined drastically over the numbers posted in 2014. The Average days on market dropped by nearly a month from 126 days to 99 days.
