What: Come out to the Daytona Beach Museum of Arts & Sciences this Saturday for an afternoon of Florida history. First you will learn the history of what once was the grandest hotel in the world, the Ormond Hotel. Later you can discover the feathered history of James John Audubon's travels through Florida in which he discovered 52 new bird species. These lectures will be informative but also quite fun. Plus don’t miss the chance to see a show in the new planetarium and explore the many exciting displays and artifacts found around the museum. This is a family-friendly event and the history sessions are free with regular museum admission. Don’t miss this one!
