Teledyne Brings New Business, Jobs to Daytona Beach
This week, Teledyne Oil and Gas opened its new technology development center in Daytona Beach, which is expected to bring over 100 new, high-paying jobs to our area. Gov. Rick Scott even made an appearance as the company hosted a grand opening of its new center. This center will develop technology that helps make deep water oil drilling possible. Teledyne specializes in developing connections that are used to power electronics and subsea equipment sometimes about a mile deep. This is exciting news as more large businesses are continually choosing to open in the Daytona Beach area and bring new jobs and money into our rapidly improving market.
