White Pearl Condos Coming To Daytona Beach

In the middle of speedweeks, we recently received news regarding a different type of race along the World’s Most Famous Beach; a new entrant has been penciled into the line-up of new condo buildings coming to the Daytona Beachside. Construction of White Pearl, a proposed 13-story riverfront condo could begin as early as this fall, joining the Hard Rock and another oceanfront hotel/condo building proposed by Palm Coast-based Protogroup. White Pearl will be located on more than 4 acres near the intersection of Peninsula Avenue and Silver Beach Avenue. The plans for this condo building will be based on a previous project approved in 2006 but never built which calls for 85 total units. The condos are expected to offer around 2,000 square feet with sale prices beginning in the low $400’s.
